Directions: Boil 1 quart (32oz) of fresh spring or distilled water in a stainless-steel pot. Stir in Herbal Formula and cover. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir. Cover and let cool until room temperature. Strain tea through a fine-mesh colander. Pour into a clean glass bottle with a cap. Tighten cap after cooling, Refrigerate. The mixture will stay fresh for 4 weeks
Normal Dose: For maintenance 1 oz. daily | For chronic issues 2 to 3 times daily
