They have cream colored flesh, a mild, sweet, earthy taste, and a soft texture, so they’re often combined with assertive flavorings. Protein-rich, black beans are also a good source of fiber, B Vitamins, iron, zinc, phosphorus, complex carbohydrates, and calcium.
