Our Sourdough Culture is made with all organic flour and is prepared to set you up for bread-making success! 

Easy to use, this culture comes from our own culture we use in our licensed home bakery!  Just live cultures with organic white flour and filtered water.

Once you receive your own packet, just add water and organic white flour to begin your own active culture.  We recommend 100 grams water and 100 grams organic white flour to begin activating it.  Each day, discard down to 25 grams, add 100 grams water and 100 grams organic white flour.  Allow the starter to be active and fed for one week before baking your first loaf.  The discard can be used in scones and other starter recipes.  In just a few days, you will be enjoying delicious sourdough loaves!
