Description
Our Mullein Blend extract is a proprietary mix of the Certified Organic leaf and flower of Verbascum spp. plants grown on our own farms in southern Oregon. The leaf and flower are hand-harvested each summer at their optimal peak and are extracted fresh the same day they are harvested.
Suggested Use
Shake Well Before Using.
Adults: Add 1 squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day.
Best taken between meals.

How To Take
Squeeze
Shake bottle well, open and squeeze the dropper bulb once.
Drop
Release the recommended serving (as per each label) into at least 2 oz. of water or juice (or more depending on the label instructions)
Drink
For the best results, repeat this process as directed by the Suggested Use instruction on the product label.
